  • Timber frame bank barn with airplane hangar basement
  • 72’x75’ reclaimed timber frame barn to replace historic barn
  • Structure is an authentic timber frame with mortise and tenon connections, rough cut rafters and rough pine board ceiling
  • Customer has incorporated many antique pieces into the building with great family historical value, into many areas of the interior design
  • Basement is used for storage - mainly as a hangar for the customer’s personal 2 seat aircraft
  • The building is designed to resemble and replace the original bank barn that had been damaged by a wind storm and is also built to accommodate any potential future agricultural use
  • Barn has a fully insulated roof and in-floor heat in the basement Insulated rooms including a full kitchen on the main        floor heated with a new geothermal system
